But what if people look to you to motivate them? If you want to make a difference to someone else’s life, whether this be to guide them with their training or nutrition, check out our key notes below about being an inspiration to others …
What can you offer?
To be a motivational person for others, you need to be able to inspire. So, why should people look up to you? It could be for the body you’ve worked hard to achieve, your training talents or your story about the journey to get to where you want to be. To inspire others, you need to be different and stand out!
Lead by example
As the well-known saying goes, practise what you preach. It’s no good telling people how to train and what they should be eating, but not following your own rules. You need to live, breathe and believe in your advice. Be honest and open and, that way, people can relate to you.
No matter how far you have come, keep your feet on the ground. You are no bigger or better then anyone else – you should only be above someone when you are helping them up. You will gain more of a following if you are approachable, friendly and remain humble about your achievements.
Be your own person
Inspirational people speak with passion and from the heart. Their views are independent and they ay what comes through you, not what you read or hear from others.
Have a dream
The biggest inspirational names in the world started off with a dream. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Muhammad Ali, Nelson Mandela – they all wanted to make a difference, and you should too. What is your dream? Make sure you follow it and reach it and you’re sure to inspire others.
Keep your nutrition on point
Consider using supplements to aid your workouts alongside a healthy balanced diet. Supplements such as MyoBlox Illa is a branch chain amino acid supplement that helps with muscle repair.
