Lead by example
As the well-known saying goes, practise what you preach. It’s no good telling people how to train and what they should be eating, but not following your own rules. You need to live, breathe and believe in your advice. Be honest and open and, that way, people can relate to you.
No matter how far you have come, keep your feet on the ground. You are no bigger or better then anyone else – you should only be above someone when you are helping them up. You will gain more of a following if you are approachable, friendly and remain humble about your achievements.
Be your own person
Inspirational people speak with passion and from the heart. Their views are independent and they ay what comes through you, not what you read or hear from others.
Have a dream
